BOOKING Policy
Charles Vella Melbourne Hypnotherapist & Life Coach; when we make a booking available for you, that time slot and date is blocked out of the office calendar just for you.
Our office management charge for all scheduled or cancelled bookings and the administration fee
is $25 P/h of the booking. By making a booking you accept these office terms, If you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason these fees will be payable by you the client.
A condition of booking; If a confirmed session is cancelled with less than 24hrs notice a 50% session fee will be payable to Charles Vella. If the session is rescheduled and not cancelled there will only be a office administration fee payable. By making a booking you accept these policies.
